These day I had so many things to do and sometimes it's make me feel exhausted. Sounds not great. Because next week I will face my final exam for fourth semester. I need my spirit and inner peace back. Hahaha not kidding I need it more than anything. So now I just try to make my life more colorful therefore I can survive. Happy Sunday! When I woke up and go outside. Hmm I feel a
little bit sad. Because it’s gloomy outside, it supposed to be sunny day. I
want to strolling around my city or even go to the nearest café and have a little
chit-chat with my loved ones. But it’s like the universe doesn’t support my

I decided to tell you about yesterday event which was held
in Kinosaurus // Ruang Seduh at Kemang, South Jakarta. Yup I was invited to
Tinkerlust Talk with Lizzie Parra. Basically, Tinkerlust Talk is more like intimate
talk with Tinkerlust’s Blogger Influencer but I’m so lucky to have a biiiig
biiig chit chat with Ka Icil.
Tinkerlust is e-commerce market place for fashion that makes
it simple for anyone to sell and buy preloved high fashion but it’s only for
WOMEN’S STUFFS only. Everyone has something in their closet sitting unused or

so many lessons from Lizzie. Lizzie known as beauty blogger, beauty influencer,
and beauty entrepreneur. She told about her early career even in her ups and
downs. I was inspired to pursue my dream and be brave enough to take risk in my
life. Also, she told me how to be a good blogger. Sadly 2 hours is not enough
to hear about her life. I hope we’ll meet someday.
Hello again world! A few days ago, I was invited to grand opening Absolute New York 1st flagship studio at Grand Indonesia ( East Mall Level 3 #EM3-36 ). I was very excited because I love New York and I love make up. It’s a perfect combination for me because Absolute New York was inspired by a youthful approach to modern beauty. With company philosophy “Discover Beauty with an Urban Edge” make Absolute New York’s characteristic more feminine, flirty, and fun.
They gave us opportunity to choose several products but it’s give me a huge problem. You know why? Because their product is very pigmented, come with affordable price, and have various option for one type of makeup. Without any further do let’s move to the review from four products that I choose.
I choose Eye Lid Primer Base because I don’t have any Eyeshadow Primer until now. It says that this product is oil free make up base. The formula will boost your eyeshadow, make it stay all day, lightweight, moisturizing, and not sticky at all.
Liquid but not too fluid. The good news is it’s not sticky
at all.
It’s transparent guys! Hahaha so it’s good. Yay or nay?

The first eyeshadow that I choose is Eye Artiste. Eye
Artiste is single shadow which each boasts a superior formula that delivers
incredible color, coverage, and long-lasting wear, to help you create an
endless array of eye looks.
It’s look cheaper like other eyeshadow because it made from
high level plastic but it’s good because it’s very handy and tough. They give
us one double sided sponge eyeshadow applicator.
It’s like pressed powder eyeshadow but it’s little bit
creamy so very blendable and easy to apply. But it’s not too pigmented. If you
want very pigmented result you can use eyeshadow primer first.
They come with so many colors, from eighteen hot hues of
essential to next level neutrals. They have shimmer and matte. But I choose
AEAS08 FUDGE. The color is like cold tone of brown and it’s perfect for base
shadow or even for transition color.

Pure Metal Veil Fluid Eyeshadow is my holy grail! It’s super
super good. It’s very recommended guys haha I suggest you to buy all of the
shades!! It has water-based formula that delivers vibrant color payoff and
metallic intensity, along with a refreshing, cooling sensation.
Like a simple tube packaging but it’s very tiny which is 3cm
long without the applicator. I love the applicator because it’s very easy to
apply the liquid eyeshadow.
It’s creamy, very buildable, pigmented, and long lasting.
Ahhh to much love for this product.
All the color is shimmery because it has metallic finish. I
choose AMV06 MAHOGANY. They have 12 different shades and seriously guys you
have to buy this.

Finally, the last product is Sculpt Stick. It’s 2-in-1, one
is for highlight and the other side is for contour.
The packaging is very simple like other sculpt stick. But it’s
very easy to use because you just have to twist the center of the stick.
Come with creamy stick so it’s good for contour and
highlight. Very blendable and buildable.
They have four shades: Light, Medium, Tan, and Deep. I
choose Tan and I think it’s good for tropical girl with tan-brown skin.

A few days ago, exactly a week ago, The Balm finally opening
their 1st flagship studio at Plaza Senayan ( LG level #DB28 ). The studio is very eye
catching so you’ll interested to look around, try their product, and buy it! Basically,
The Balm a.k.a. “beauty in five minutes” is a brand from San Francisco. The
Balm is multi use, wearable, and have fantastic formulas allow women to release
their inner artist so they can look and feel fabulous. Also, I love the product’s
name because it’s very unique because it’s represent characteristics from The
Balm Cosmetics: sexy, serious, smart and funny, romantic and rebellious.

The event was awesome! They treat us very very well because
there are so many snacks from Bakerzin also drinks. Oh, with a little touch of cotton
candy. I forget to mention they have a photo booth too! Thank you, The Balm
Indonesia, for having me! Anyway, let’s move to the details of the event.
They’re introducing their newest product which is PhotoBalm.
PhotoBalm is a pressed powder foundation which have a photo-ready formula for
all skin types and very buildable. You know nowadays there’s no time to touch
up for selfies so PhotoBalm is great solutions for selfie-addict to be
selfie-ready in a sec.
Like the other The Balm product, PhotoBalm’s packaging is
more like a book with paper material and the size is about 7cm x 9cm which is
very handy.
Pressed powder which is very good for touch up.
They come with eight different shades: Lighter Than Light,
Light, Light Medium, Medium, Dark, and After Dark.

I got travel size of Lip and Cheek Cream in shade Pie. Usually
I don’t use lip and cheek cream because I think it’s gonna be very sticky in
cheeks area but I was wrong. This product make me fall in love with lip and
cheek cream. It’s multiuse so I don’t have to bring two products for my lip and
cheeks.
Like the other The Balm product, Lip and Cheek Cream in
shade Pie’s packaging is more like a book with paper material and the size is abour
3cm x 4cm. It’s so tiny because it’s travel size-sample.
Creamy but not-so-creamy. It’ll moisturize your lip and
cheek
They have six shades: Cider, Cobbler, Pie, Crisp, Candy, and
Caramel. Mine is pie. It’s kinda pink peachy.
I don’t know because it’s sample so they gave me for free.
Long-Wearing Powder Staining Blush is one of my favorite and
this product make me so in love with The Balm besides Mary-Lou Manizer. Oh ya
it’s good for eyeshadow and blush because it’s very long long lasting.
Like the other The Balm product, Long-Wearing Powder Staining
Blush’s packaging is more like a book with paper material and the size is abour
3cm x 4cm. It’s so tiny because it’s travel size-sample.
Pressed powder and matte.
They come with six different shades: Argyle, Houndstooth,
Lace, Pinstripe, Swiss Dot, and Toile. Mine is Swiss Dot, kinda peachy so it’s
perfect for tan skin like me.
